I'm late to this thread so catching up.  I was looking through the listings and this sounded cool.  I drove a Bobtail for a while here in Houston, Corpus Christi and Kerrville.  Not over the road, but we'd get around.  And granted, not a semi.  Look forward to reading through and trying the podcast.  Is that somewhere I can download a bunch of episodes or just posted here?

I tell my wife about this,, she doesn't believe me nor would she be within 10 feet of it if I cooked it.   I loved the stuff.  You have to fry it crisp for the best taste.
I'd give a try but I think that a thickly sliced fried bologna or spam sandwich with just a touch of mustard suits me when I have a taste for things along this line.
Do Not but pepperoni jerky! Something gets lost in the transition.

All in time, my friend, in time. Once or twice a year I get caught in it - I shut down immediately and refuse to move. 😬

Yeah, I'm a little concerned myself...

You ALL rock!

I am swamped with seasonal work but I shall return, or so my tea leaves inform me.
