It looks like Art and Ramona's UFO.

I keep an old cell phone so that I can play old Art Bell streams when I'm working in the garage or at night when I'm trying to go to sleep.... I will also use it to occasionally stream a baseball game or red eye radio, believe it or not.

When I still was using the device as my primary phone, I would do Zillow searches. Well, I didn't close a few of those windows and I was just looking at them today. Three out of three of the homes for sale late last year were pulled off of the market and not sold.

Sure, maybe those individual people's plans had changed. My guess is more that they thought they could hit a jackpot with a higher asking price...

Eh, nevermind...

"Use Extreme Caution while walking around the property."   Somehow this joint is both being buried by sand and falling off a cliff.

I wonder what the geological report says.

My guess is that the terminology used in the reports are very, how do we say, euphemistic... Thus the requirement to have a licensed real estate involved.

I live close enough to the ocean as it is and I would never want to live an inch closer ever again. The mold, insect and weathering issues are bad enough. Add in in the idea that if you park your car outside it's going to rust is another issue.
Eh, nevermind...
