This just seems the right place to post this as ShayP would understand.  Spent the last three days making Demi glacé.  Started with around eighteen quarts of stuff and ended up with just under three.  Well worth it as it is the best tasting stuff ever.

Reading the first post of the thread is usually a good indication. 

Just asking..😐   I haven't been around since Bellgab and remember the top right at that point was more of a rotation for notable sassiness or witt.
