Hello, I would enjoy reading your list of questions for HW. Regarding my #10. During his interview in 1997, J.C. gave his full name which Art Bell blocked out, saying, "We never allow last names on the air so we're going to have to call you by a nickname. How about J.C.?" His full name is later given as "Jonathan Christian Webster III"

In reference to the Area 51 "invasion," are you aware that planning or proposing a criminal act over the airwaves violates FCC rules? While you may not be concerned about your own safety and record, why were you not concerned about putting the network that employed you and others plus affiliates in legal jeopardy?

I would rephrase 1) as "Did Art Bell leave any suicide note or verbally claim any intent to suicide in the weeks before he died?"  What is your evidence for the claim. (Her grieving is not evidence to how he died!)

On 6 - too obvious - she will simply say "Keith terminated me against what Art would have wanted." I would rephrase that to "Since Keith terminated you from MITD, does this suggest to you that you did not own MITD?"

If I recall correctly, Falks tried saying where he was again and Art finally just dumped the call

I like your rephrasing of my questions. This is a work in progress. We have two weeks to create an amazing list of questions for HW.  I wrote a list of questions to get this ball rolling. I like the wording of SESAC license.

What could you have done to have been kicked out of the house on September 11th, 2001?

Why disappear and ghost people?  Why do people have to wonder what happened to her?

She doesn't quit or keep the people at her network informed as to her absences and when they can expect her back, she doesn't show up for interviews she said she'd do, she apparently doesn't answer her phone or door if she doesn't feel like it - which is fine, but not for days and weeks on end.

Why is common courtesy a foreign concept to her, especially now that she has a public presence?
