So what's next for the Major...
I honestly can't remember what happens after the camping trip, or if indeed it is coming to an end quite yet. I do remember that the Major will have to campaign for his Justice of the Peace job, come next fall, and that's pretty funny. I like to keep the strip interesting so I forbid myself to read ahead, though I have read the Major's entire output for 1927, but that was some years back and I have forgotten a bunch of it.
