it’s coming along...
but I am having some issues with the prototype !
it does want to work on a regular basis as expected
it keeps emitting a cackle at the “wrong time”
sometimes it just disappears
it is not responding to instructions
it is not communicating
 
these are just a few of the problems...
I may have to scrap this idea and return to the “slow Kathy Fleshy Mutant Love Doll” and update it with a Heater head option...
at least if the “slow Kathy Fleshy Mutant Love Doll” steps out of line a good slug to the head “fixes the problem”...

Does it come with rock pillows and adult diapers?

Oh my brother.  It would be 'casting history.  The funny thing is, a lot of these other 'casters would then besiege WR250 to have us do the same number on them.  Their numbers would soar for moar!  It might be called 'Groyped, Doomed and paladin just don't give a damn!'

I throw the TRX into the mix when I get bored in the gym.  Might be a single work out or TRX might run for several days to a week.  Keeping the muscles and body confused, I think, is advantageous to a good work out.

I agree about changing it up. I like to differ the movements but I like to practice execution of movements so that it's right- I don't know, I like the brain body connection. I think the TRX is fun in a way weight training isn't. All I know is I felt amazing after yesterday's workout (didn't even need coffee) and today if I take deep chest expansion breaths my back ribs are sore.

Absolutely.  My son is beginning his bodybuilding endeavors and I keep pushing him to remember form, form, form.   Get it right, first.  Lighter weights and good form are more effective than bad form and heavier weights.  Fewer injuries with good form.

When you're younger it's harder to buy into that though or at least it was for me. You just want the rush. I've only recently found the beauty in the connection, and I realized that some of what I thought I was doing correctly I was actually compensating with other muscles or even using my joint movement to give the illusion of ROM. It's been a pretty fun ride!

feathers is going to be out of a job so maybe she'd do your voice overs for you. Plus, Groyper said she has experience with this sort of thing.
