Aww fuck!

Presumably, a guest hit a sequence of buttons on my sound system remote and now I cannot get anything in DTS/Dolby 5.1.

Nearly 2 hours and I can't figure it out.  Coaxial and optical digital inputs from the TV, Blu-ray, DVD and DAT aren't doing what they're supposed to do.

I'm so fucking frustrated. I used to be able to manage.  Big pharma/managed health care brain damage. Fuck.

Eh, nevermind...

Ok, @sean92008. Brain messed up? Start slow. Go one step in the logical order of where things should be plugged in and what settings switches should be on. One thing at a time, the problem will show up.

And when you find out who was messing with your stuff, try to refrain from slapping them upside the head. It won't help, I promise you.  ;)

Unfortunately, 2 hours of manual-guided signal-path tracing, setting adjustments (doing, undoing, redoing).  I feel confident that this is my Sandy Kofax moment.

Can't play any of my instruments anymore.  I have come to dislike driving and electronics aren't fun anymore.

I think I'd trade all the ass grabs that I've received lately for a good garage band/cobweb knocking rendition of Acquiesce, She's Electric or Can't Get There From Here.

Eh, nevermind.

Sean, have you tried remote viewing, punching walls, peeing on the floor while sobbing? Really therapeutic stuff. I highly recommend doing all of these things in unison.

Nah.  I am waiting for a lady to make a voodoo doll of me though.  I think she's waiting to find a three-legged Ken doll.

Oh, and don't mention "remote" again.  Why did they print gray letters on charcoal plastic I'll never understand.  Argh!

Eh, nevermind...

Unplug everything, unwire all connections and leave unplugged for half an hour. That should erase any non-default memory settings.
Merry Christmas

Locked me out. Why else would I be on the beach freezing my ass off?

Stupid question.
Everyone knows the hooker mermaids show up at sunrise.

Everyone knows the hooker mermaids show up at sunrise.

And on chilly mornings their nips are perky.
