In a word, YES!

Type; I prefer sashimi simply because of the high and healthy protein, however eating just raw fish on a "sushi night" throws me into an uncomfortable stage of ketosis that has me feeling hungry or perhaps more like ravenous even though I am well fed. To counter this I'll enjoy a roll that in most cases has rice. Sticky rice.
Also - sushi dinners can be extremely high in sodium because of the soy sauce so I am sure to keep a low sodium/salt sauce around. We also have our own wasabi and ginger that we buy online.  I hope you're well @damon Apologies for rambling but some foods are very complex and I am crazy as a shithouse rat.
