Thanksgiving yesterday so I was still feeling festive. And now begins the many variations of turkey dinner leftovers for the next few days.
Say Merry Christmas to everyone instead of Good Morning, Good Evening, ‘Sup, etc. Amazing reactions.
Well, good for you. (not being sarcastic) I'm hoping to feel festive soon, but I think I'm dead inside. I think it stems from years of people expecting me to do things for them. Also, as we touched base on this in another thread, I'm sick of the fussing and arguing. I simply don't enjoy the holiday season anymore. It seems like work. What should be a joyous occasion typically turns out badly. No fault of my own I assure you.
Sounds like you should try an all-inclusive singles resort for the holidays. Tell the family you are volunteering in the Appalachias and head for a Caribbean island instead. What do you think , @ShayP ?
You're on to something. @TigerLily However, I'm more of a mountain/woods kinda guy. I'd love to go camping out in the woods somewhere. Anyway, I think I'll just suck it up this year, bite my tongue, and do my best to ignore those who irritate me. Like juan and KSM said...essentially be nice. Wishing a Merry Christmas, Milk n' honey, etc.
Well then. Let me be one of the first: MERRY CHRISTMAS And if I hear about any good moonlight dances in the woods for Halloween or Winter Solstice, I'll pass it on
October 20. Full moon. My woods. Peak Orionid meteor shower.
