Solvency will not be a problem. That said - they lost a bid on a 136 unit complex which would have been quite fruitful for them AND ME. This is only because the job was bigger than any project we ever did and now there will only be the two of them with a helper so they will have to think a little smaller. They have to build up their now independent brand to pay for those huge houses they live in. All in all they have many local home builders that will keep them busy as the Canadian housing shortage continues.  You really wanted to know this? @ShayP

OK This has been bothering me for some time now!  WTF  you can't burn mp3's to disk with WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER? It's already on any laptop or desktop you may have.  I HAVE looked twice for blank burnable discs with nothing to show for it.

I reeaally appreciate that you like my stuff and I want to send you more but the best I can do is mp3 files. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT?

I gave my company to Arden and Arron (my dudes) with this condition - For two years I make 12% off the top (tax free) from 550 miles away as I do the house husband thing. Assuming that they keep as busy as I have had them/us for the last three years I'll gross between 24 and 30K yearly while I stay home and workout, walk Vera, make great meals and drink whatever I want every night while I hit things in my new 18-20 gym, also known as the GARAGE!  The garage is completely finished and is one big square space and I will paint and floor it complete with three TVs and a bar fridge. It will be beautiful and I will share pictures when it is completed.

Enough leisure time? Not really. Packing, planning, and docusigning has taken up much time, however!
