Can you explain this whole one point out of end zone kick thing? Is it like a participation trophy for the place kicker? If it goes through the uprights and out of the end zone, is it 4 points?

I don't know, I heard somebody talking on the radio or YouTube about the one point thing if the kicked ball goes out of the end zone. Apparently there is a player that is left back there to try to keep the ball from going out. I don't know, I don't watch American football let alone that Canadian stuff.

Wasn't Warren Moon a Canadian football player at one point?

Going by memory, just to waste your time and mental energy, Doug Flutie and wasn't the late Ricky Bell in the CFL as well? I remember some popular running back made it over.

I completely know that I could do a Google search for this crap.

For some reason I also seem to recall that during the strike a bunch of CFL players ended up playing in the NFL during that time and making the cut after they brought the players back.

I was alive but just a wee one.  Used to watch those in reruns on WXON TV-20 after school some years later.  You really don't like the Hulk's?  "Doc Bruce Banner, belted by gamma rays" is really the strongest start I think.  Of course then that broad with the screechy voice fires up and it goes to hell.
