You up for a bit of a gamble?  This fine ocean front home is for sale out on NC's Outer Banks.  If you market it right you can probably rent it out to vacationers and pull in $100,000 grand a year.  At a $500,000 asking price you might make a profit if you can keep it from collapsing into the sea long enough.  Just make sure the renters sign a waiver.

All I'm thinking about is moving in and attempting to write a watery horror novel, but towards the end of MY book I slowly come to realize that I am the main character in the latest Stephen King novel as the comprehension of my very existence dwindles into horrific watery madness! The waves come in - the waves go out.

Eventually I find myself stranded at the highest peak of the structure as the final wave takes me out to a watery death - GRAVE! By then my name is.. Tanya!

You know, that might be something to advertise yourself for. Nude models make a lot of money in relationship to the amount of time put into it.

I've never been so bored in my life. I did it once as a favor and then got a dinner out of it. I also did it once for pay which was worth a lot more than the dinner. She wasn't my type (vapid and undoubtedly got into nude fetish modeling because she couldn't get attention otherwise), I'm sure that helped me.

Just a heads up on that whole open relationship thing: A vast majority of the men who participate in partner swapping are quite beta. That's how they keep their women. When you introduce an alpha into the mix, they are threatened.

Publicly, this is best exemplified in the case of Nick Rekieta of LawTube fame.

It reminds me of a project I was doing with a lesbian poet. Her partner absolutely had to be their monitoring everything. I engaged the partner in conversation and I could see that she was under threat because she was not quite as gregarious. These random memories are funny, I would have totally forgotten about them, probably forever.

Wow. That is one awe inspiring Karen! She even goes as far as to CURSE Joel! She fucking CURSEed him! One of those clowns who would approach the stage in a club and ask to play a few songs with the band for all the wrong self-serving reasons.

Of course I would but I think everyone already knows the story. Everyone but me of course. I would most likely talk about music, guitars, and pistols. Maybe microphones? Nothing anyone would want to hear.
