Wouldn't be the 51st state. That was the blanket statement joke. Best thing to do for America and the part of Canada that matters is to invite BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the Yukon. The main western part of the country. With BC and the Yukon we have the direct line to and from Alaska as well.
