Shit, I can't believe I am up this late.  I had to repair a piece of metal fascia that the wind tore off the front porch the other night.  Was on a ladder for an hour or so.  I took a fucking nap about 4 pm.  It was 50 degrees and sunny, now it's raining.  Probably rain all-day tomorrow. Might even snow some.

The hard part about that repair job today was not just being up a ladder, it was getting the sheet metal to fit under the drip-edge on the roof.  The fascia metal sheet was about 10 feet long and a bitch to handle by myself. But I finally persuaded it to cooperate and got it nailed back.

My ISP is coming the end of the month to run fiber optic for internet and phone.  They say it will be 100 Mbps.  I am getting 5 Mbps right now. I wasn't so keen on it at first, but it isn't costing me anything more, and the more I look into it the more I am looking forward to it.
