Thanks for your question! The Dragon Boat Festival official holiday is June 20 this year, but the San Francisco International Dragon Boat Festival event is on September 19/20 on Treasure Island in San Francisco. It is a bit confusing that the actual race events are held here in U.S. cities across the summer months!

The whole interview was ddd regurgitating his tired old lies. I did look up the reason why the Presidio closed and not one article mentions ddd even remotely. Yeah, I skimmed the show but was in two parts (again).  I sensed that Dietrich kept referring to "ambushes" as a notice to Bradley to not ask many questions.  And you are right, Dietrich is just repeating his old story about the Presidio which has no basis in fact.  But I know how old the fucker was when he may have worked at the Post Library.
