Hey, I can tell you about the time I was descending from Ryegrass, WA to Vantage, WA (almost a 2,000 ft drop over 12 miles)while driving a set of doubles loaded with bulk cement and grossing 105.5K lbs and got a blowout as I was about a quarter mile from vantage. I got the tire fixed and got to about 6 miles outside Spokane and had another blowout! Talk about bad days.

There used to be, but you had to pay for the info.  My guess is that they sold maybe 100 copies of the E-book (Kindel Version) and shit hit a brick wall.

Vinny said the paper-back should be out this month - IT ISN'T!  Of the 18 reviews on Amazon, most of them are written by Dietrich's retarded monkeys - who did not even purchase it!  Shit, Salman posted 3 or 4 "disguised reviews himself!  "Dietrich is truth"..."Dietrich is God"..."No one can refute it"...blah, blah.

I said it before, and I'll say it again, I don't wish bad things on Derek. I find it completely disloyal for ddd not to use his platform to solicit funds to help out Derek after he had helped out ddd so much. Something to think about. Maybe Derek disagreed with ddd too many times about history and other things.
