Refuting Douglas Dietrich

Dietrich is completely wrong to claim that Derek Talley did not complete his terms of enlistment in the US Marine Corps:

He is also wrong to make the same assertion about me. 

This Department of Defense Manpower Data Center FOIA response I obtained in May 2020, shows that Talley's End of Active Service Date (EAS) was September 20, 1993, and his Active Duty Start Date (reporting for Bootcamp)  was August 18, 1989.  The 30 days Dietrich claims Talley "did not complete" are NOT considered a failure to complete his contractual agreement of service.  Had Dietrich actually served in the military he would be aware of this.  Dietrich has also stated that a "normal hitch is 5 years."  This is bullshit!  And Dietrich knows it.  The fact that both Talley and I both received an Honorable Discharge and can obtain medical care and other benefits from the Veterans Association and Veterans Benefits Association is proof Dietrich is full of shit!

Since Talley served as US Marine Security MOS 8151 (as I did) and may have had other overseas assignments or deployments, he would have accumulated unused time of leave for which he could be paid.  He might also have been offered an "early-out" option of 30 days (as I was).  But these factors are all included in the conditions of an Honorable Discharge and in no way suggest Talley or me did not complete our contractual obligations including Individual Ready Reserve Status (IRR) or Active Reserve Status for at least two years following our End of Active Duty Status for a total of 6 years of military service.

This has been a continual false claim made by Dietrich about me, and now about Derek Talley.  The truth is, it is Dietrich who did not fulfill his contract and received an Entry Level Separation (ELS) from the USMC in January 1988 when he, for whatever reason, failed to complete basic training.

Dietrich's claims:

- Enlisted in Oct 1989
- Suffered abusive treatment: (Mock firing squads, rocks in boots, denied protective equipment.
- Given Non-Judicial Punishment (NJP) and incarcerated for assaulting a Close Combat Instructor (NCO) in bootcamp.
- Recycled with a different platoon and abused again.
- Graduated with the rank of L/Cpl (E-3) has also claimed he graduated as Cpl (E-4).
- Promoted to Cpl (E-4) in approx a year or less.
- Deployed to Saudi Arabia Operation Desert Shield/Storm
- Killed two armed Saudi Police with his bare hands while on liberty in Al Jubayl.
- Court Martialled with a reduction in rank to E-3 and returned to duty.
- Given a Dishonorable Discharge in 1991.
- Awarded SSDI for Combat PTSD and damage to lungs from Sarin Gas exposure.
- Holds a Veterans Group Life Insurance Policy ($50,000.00) authorized by the USMC.

Douglas Dietrich did not complete USMC Basic Training and was discharged as an Entry Level Separation (ELS) "Unfit for military service". He served less than  180 days on Active Duty (90 days as a recruit) and is therefore NOT a US Veteran.

As for Dietrich's claim that I published photos of Talley's children, and was banned from Facebook, is also false.  And it certainly had nothing to do with any "removal" of Ellgab by the FBI for "child porn".

Dietrich has become so sloppy with his lies that they are melting.  And his latest attack on Derek Talley is nothing more than his rejection of Talley for questioning him.  So he slanders him and embellishes old lies.   Dietrich claimed he took a photo of a six-year-old Yazidi girl in 1988 and said she was offered to him as a child bride because he is the god Melek Taus.

These assholes hold frequent meetings privately on Skype or Zoom. What I see developing is a rift between themselves as they compete for loyalty and the ability to produce and monitor the shit show. 

It looks to me that Dietrich is tired of Jamo and intends to remove him as well as Salena Kahn.
