None of these idiots have bothered to research the incident, if they had they would know that an engineer inspected the same property in 2018 and issued a report which stated the building had serious erosion of the concrete which compromised the structural integrity.  That repairs had been made improperly and the structure would need a costly intervention which would affect the residents.
