In my educated opinion, Islam "borrowed" heavily from aspects of Judaism and early Christianity. And Judaism has no basis in historical/archaeological facts.  Judaism as a religion was not established until almost 400 AD with the publication of the Talmud.  Kabala came much later in 12-1400 AD.
