They cannot withdraw the original copyright which they registered with Amazon as FICTION.  It is viewable to anyone who views the book on Amazon.

Yeah, they keep monkeying around with their Amazon web page. I noticed they removed the recommended reading level at tenth grade.

And Vinny is the publisher.  If he cannot afford to publish and promote another "10k" copies, they will not be published again and will be "out of print" within a year.  And the copyright page will remain as it states that the book is total fiction!  LOL
