  Dietrich spent over 20 years building a "house of cards" lie about the Presidio and Aquino, now planned for a second book.  But he introduces new lies in this pathetic ramble.  Dietrich's days of "sucking oxygen from rooms" are obviously absent these days as he struggles to vomit anything his addled mind can create for Peter Moon to scoop up and grind and stir into a "sticky" paste for another book.

Dietrich offers no evidence for any of it and is so pathetic in his presentation it is obvious he can no longer convince anyone of anything.
