UPDATE:With the exception of outstanding FOIA requests for the military service record of David Lewis Anderson, I have completed my investigation into "Dr. David Lewis Anderson" and the World Genesis Foundation.

But the World Genesis Foundation does appear, at least on the surface, to be a legitimate 501c3 and properly registered as such with the IRS.
But since the WGF has never posted its financial information publicly on its website, and has filed only IRS Form 990-N (electronic postcards) since 2011, the public has no way of knowing the actual amount of its gross receipts in donations.
The history of suspicious activity and lack of transparency by the Andersons and the World Genesis Foundation over the past twenty years, combined with the absence of any financial data since 2000, strongly suggests the possibility of fraud.
