If I had ever been accosted by something like this in the Philippines while walking Balibago Avenue, I would have put it on the ground immediately.
The rubber band is scary enough to be a weapon ...and the "witchy" tranny thing is just sick. The security guards told us to avoid these freaks, but they would steal or even try to stab us, so they told us to just avoid them or just pound the shit shit out of them if they tried anything.
