So he has to get his "computer graphics modeler psychic" dude to fix his crap - (or NOT).  All he has to do is delete about 6 months of audio/video files to free up some RAM.  I don't know exactly what he is running these days, but I have been running Windows 10 with 8 GB RAM.  My OS (C:) has a total capacity of 1 TB with a "used space" of 120 GB.

I have a fiber-optic connection with a speed of 290 mbps.
