I don't expect the guy can work full time and produce for DD with all the bullshit it entails.  Dietrich is too demanding and unfair. No one should be expected to be on "stand-by" all night for 12 fucking hours ending at 6 or 8 AM when the man should be sleeping and then getting up and preparing to go to work. 

I have worked many jobs and the toughest involved long hours under difficult conditions.  Try working in a kitchen for 10-12 hours a day in 100-degree heat. Or washing tractor-trailers and other fleets of vehicles all day.  Roofing is a tough job and Union Rules are strict.  "Joe" needs to cover his own ass and ditch Dietrich post haste.

This interview is not posted on Sean Bond's YT channel.  In fact, it appears Dietrich arranged for the interview himself on his own channel.  Bond is another weirdo freak too.

This is also the first time Dietrich has pretended to need glasses in a video.  His demeanor changes from smiling and polite to angry and menacing in front of the webcam.  Still using the "pasty- shiny" makeup and red-lipsticked "vampire" look.  He is obviously dying his hair jet-black too.

There is a noticeable change in his demeanor in part two.
