I've heard some dumbasses saying there is a submarine tunnel from Kirtland AFB to I think Long Beach, CA. In the first place, it's 700 miles from point to point. On top of that Kirtland AFB is a mile high and Long Beach is at sea level. You'd have to have some kind of locks to bring the submarines near the surfaces. Besides, what's the point bringing submarines inland like that? Totally impossible.
