The incident was prefaced (again) by Dietrich relating his activities - shopping for water and food, folding his sheets on his bed, and gathering his "meals on wheels" meals and tea prep.
Dietrich stated he was exhausted from doing all of this, as well as being hung over from partying. (No mention of being at the "ESTATE" with the "blood-boys" and his "transgender son" over the weekend!)
Immediately following the puke explosion, Joe Tai referenced Dietrich's use of narcotics saying they were related to his PTSD!
Dietrich mentioned a possible MRI recently suggested by a doctor that he may agree to.
In my opinion, Dietrich is lying and is appealing for donations and sympathy. He will probably need a new bed, sheets, laptop computer and microphone too!
