Hey Gunner, you gave me a great idea last night what to make for dinner. I had a huge hunk of roast left over from the other day. I cut it up in thin strips, sauteed some onions, threw in a can of mushroom soup, a can of mushrooms, a couple of big dollops of sour cream and a little milk. Instant beef Stroganoff. Came out excellent. Almost used the spaetzle, but used wide noodles instead.
