After sending me numerous FB messages, including audio, I have blocked Fowler and I assume he has blocked me.  Whether or not his attempt to contact and manipulate me was the work of Dietrich or Moon remains to be seen. 

Fowler approached me in a very unusual way, asking what else I knew about Dietrich.  Yet he had not reviewed any of my research and did not know Moon is actually Vince Barbarick.  Fowler is probably the most insane of Dietrich's followers to have ever contacted me.
