I have not read a lot about him but there seemed to be some accusations of a sexual nature. How weapons affected human bodies certainly could be a question of ethics particularly if the subject was still living.

Hagmann denied those accusations, but we have the testimony of his accusers, who appeared in court and in uniform!

What we don't have is evidence regarding the claims of Douglas Dietrich in any form. In other words, Douglas Dietrich has not ever produced a legally supported claim against Dr John Henry Hagmann.  Why is that?

The "mad scientist" who abused him and forced some underage "slave" girl to fuck him at Letterman Army Medical Center goes away?

Because Dietrich is lying.  And he cannot defend his claims to have been a "dependant" at the Presidio - it all falls apart.  And Dietrich should be ashamed of himself.
