The progs keep dredging up the history of slavery of the USA from 175 years ago, but they critically omit the slavery that exists today. There is a race of people who stole land from the indigenous populations, enslaved the people, brutalized them and committed untold rapes. If it is true and Wakely reports it.  Otherwise, it does not violate YT guidelines.  The problem is that Dietrich and Barbarick are liars and experts at intimidation and defamation.  What is true is that the title of Dietrich's video is false or misleading.  There was no threat of litigation according to what Dietrich describes in the video at around 2:40:00.

It is Dietrich's own statement (lie) of how he allegedly threatened Mr. Wakely as you described.

It would be revealing to have Mr. Wakely describe his version of this latest fiasco.  Or perhaps alert the National Director of MUFON...to expose Moon and Dietrich and their behavior, before they try this again.

Let's not forget Moon's intention for the past two years or so was to create a huge incident/controversy within MUFON using that bullshit book about Roswell.  This was an obvious attack on an obscure MUFON group in San Diego by Dietrich and Moon.

This will have repercussions.

Is this why Dietrich and Moon attack MUFON? - Because it is essentially not a working organization?  Why would they approach and manipulate anyway?

I have reviewed the recent MUFON San Diego Zoom meeting with Peter Moon (Vincent Barbarick) and Douglas Dietrich as well as Dietrichs two YouTube videos that include comments on the meeting.

Mr. Dietrich claims you intentionally failed to record the meeting and selectively edited portions.  Dietrich is also claiming that after approaching you several times via e-mail and phone, you would not provide him with the video of the meeting. Dietrich further claims that you relented to providing himself and Mr, Moon a link to the recorded video after he threatened you with legal action and in other ways.

I would like to obtain your official statement for the record regarding the contact(s) and creation of the Zoom meeting, the meeting itself, and Dietrich's accusations after. 

It is very important that the side of your MUFON group be publicly presented to refute Dietrich's claims concerning the Zoom meeting.

Thanks for the info re Deitrich. First I have heard of the problem. Yes, I neglected to start recording at the beginning as I was distracted with starting the meeting, and did not discover my error until well into the meeting. DD accused me of doing it deliberately, for which I apologized and denied. He became almost abusive; guess it is a hot button for him. He claims that he never gets recorded and feels it is deliberate. I think he is paranoid among other mental problems.

I had problems editing the recording and kept Doug and Peter Moon advised of my problems. A couple of days later I sent them the recording. Yes, I did edit to remove discussion we had after he left the meeting as most of it was negative and I did not want possible legal action. We were disappointed with his presentation because a lot of it had nothing to do with UFOs; it was mainly about Japan’s activity in WW2. After about 2 hours he finally got to the discussion of the Battle of LA and the Roswell event, as the meeting was advertised. Before that, we were frustrated with his boring extraneous dialog and anti-American slant. I tried several times to direct his discussion to the Mufon interest without success. A couple of members criticized him on some of his facts, but overall we were polite and endured his diatribe. BTW, he did not threaten me with legal action, or if he did, he never told me. I’ll give you a call later to discuss it further.

If you go back to 2:40:00 or so ddd says he pointed out to Mr. Wakely ¨You know Wil, at your age you are 91, somebody could call in and say you were found dead, and that same person could make calls to your utilities, your internet service provider, and your refuse service and say, you know Wil Wakely is dead so stop all services....etc, etc.¨ He even gloats that Mr. Wakely would ¨live in a hell¨ trying to restart his services. We have all seen ddd is capable of dirty tricks like doxing people and broadcasting their social security numbers on the air, I would not put this past him.

So, the poor guy has some bullshit to wade through.  I hope he remembers what time zone he is in before he gives me a call.

Yes, and this is important for Wakely to know and understand.  My contact with him will reveal Dietrich and Moon and might prevent or deter any further attack by Dietrich.

I believe they targeted the San Diego MUFON group and intended to create controversy as Vinny originally wanted.
