I'm not a real believer in that sort of thing, but I know the history of the house. It was built in 1910 and at some point was actually a "rooming house" for Asian workers. I will try and dig up what I found and post it here later.

   My guess is that he lied about his military service to get a Security Guard job with the CA BSIS and when they found out he lied, they fired his little lying BS ASS and suspended his stupid BS "Baton License". hahaha!

But that didn't stop Dietrich from trying to promote himself as a "Private Security Business" associated with "BSIS" at 1242 Green Street.

Dietrich claims the house was built from the wreckage of old sailing vessels and that the roof of the house resembles an "upturned hull" of a ship.

He also claims the house was built on a Russian graveyard and that it has a basement that is or was once connected to a series of tunnels. He describes the basement as "A crypt".

Dietrich says the house has no heating or air conditioning.  He has described toilet plumbing problems over the years. He rarely mentions having any neighbors living upstairs and has said the upstairs apartment is haunted.  Douglas Dietrich has lived at the same residence since 1986.

The property has been owned by the Tom family for decades.  Perhaps I will contact them.

This indicates there is a storage area/intended space with a door and window facing the street directly below Dietrich's apartment.

And the total square footage of the property is about 2,000 with the apartment above having the larger space and windows.  So I would approximate Dierrich's "nest" at about 800 sq ft.  A small, one-bedroom with a bathroom and small kitchen to the rear.

Hard to believe that in its day, (The early 1900s) the entire property was a subdivided rooming house for Asians with 11 "rooms". I expect they had bunk beds etc.

Actually it doesn't work that way ddd, you are not arbitrarily "assigned" a gender at birth, you  are demarcated what gender you are by observing what genitals you were born with.
