I took some notes on Dietrich's last shit show, it ranks as one of the most bizarre claims he has ever made, but this one includes an entire community and a huge 18-hour operation by PG@E, tree removal contractors, and "the Feds"  about a stupid telephone pole!

I haven't decided to publish the story.  I would rather try to contact officials at PG@E and the Omni Hotel etc, to verify his claim.  But this will be difficult and this is typical of Dietrich to make such a claim without any evidence.

But one detail we know is false, that Dietrich would return home at noon on Jan 16th, wearing a T-shirt in the cold, and sat outside on the steps of his apartment.  We also know the image he claims was taken of him in the kitchen of the Omni Hotel slurping Ramen is not Dietrich and not the Omni Hotel!

What are the odds that Dietrich invented the story so that he could solicit enough donations to buy drugs and get wasted for a week?  The story he presented is so bizarre that it surely would have made reports in the local news media were it true.   Frozen and starving residents of Russian Hill attacking contractors/workers and throwing rotten food?  Streets blocked off even during normal work hours after the Jan 15 holiday - Dietrich confronted the PG@E "Foreman!  What was his name?
