Not only is this claim a falsehood, but it also alleges  Adolf Hitler of being a pedophile with the influence of Otto Dietrich (no relation to Douglas Dietrich) and allowance of the Japanese Emporer and Government.

But, it seems Dietrich is intent on publishing his false claim.  If Peter Moon decides to publish this outrageous lie, you can be certain the Japanese will eventually have a response.
