The notification by Smashwords.com for Dietrich's book appeared within the past 24 hours.  But Dietrich had posted the link as a comment following the Livestream which ended at approximately 9 am EST today.  One of his monkeys "El Nemo" posted the same link in the live comments several times during the night and just before the stream ended at 9 am EST.

Dietrich has not yet removed the link he posted as his comment. or the links posted by "El Nemo".

Is Dietrich intentionally misleading his viewers to click on the link to purchase his non-existent BS book?  Or was he not aware that the book had been removed by Smashwords.com?

I believe that the "book" may have been removed without his knowledge during his own livestream!

Could Vincent Barbarick (Peter Moon) have submitted a written complaint to Smashwords.com alleging copyright infringement and defamation by Douglas Dietrich?

At about 3:50:00, Dietrich claims he had a "relationship" with Paula Maassen, (daughter of Tamarinda, AKA Tatiana Maassen) Peter Moon's former wife because they are both "vampires."  He said that both of them "prefer the blood of children."

She obviously could not have taken that posed photo by herself!  Who was it if it wasn't taken by her husband Vincent Barbarick?  This would have been taken before his latest trip to Romania in August.

It's eerie that she would pose for a photo in an 18th-century courtroom dressed in a sexually "suggestive" black outfit looking away from the camera.

He also stated Vinny is "in his eighties"  when Barbarick is 71, born in 1953!

Yes, and you cannot "overload" a modern shotgun unless you have purposefully loaded a shell with more gunpowder.  In which case it would be dangerous, not for recoil, but because it may cause damage to the breach, etc.

Dietrich is just hinting about what he will eventually lie more about.  I doubt he sold many electronic copies of "the book" at $9.99 with a return of $8.50 in the past 2-3 weeks!

Because the book was not submitted in the proper format (Microsoft Word) and then required an unusual ap to download.  This means that Dietrich's monkeys took what Moon sent them privately as a mail attachment(s) and then scrambled to find a similar way (format) to publish it.  What they did was a violation of copyright law.  I know this because I purchased and downloaded it!
