Dietrich now admits his hastily ill-published book was "delisted" from Smashwords.com and claims Peter Moon is responsible.  He is now inciting his YouTube viewers to file complaints on his behalf:

So, Dietrich violated the Smashwords.com Terms of Service and allowed his retarded flying monkeys to digitally manipulate what files Moon had sent them to publish on Smashwords.  As a result, Smashwords.com was likely contacted by Vinny Barbarick resulting in a short review, and Dietrich's book being removed.  Since Dietrich's POS e-book was determined to be a violation, it was removed without his notification and he is so stupid he did not notice for nearly 3 weeks!

As for whatever unfortunate sales occurred, all sales are final. I will be contacting Smashwords.com in an attempt to investigate further.
