He says they are bound by oath to kill Trump as he is the enemy of America and if they don't they are a bunch of chicken shits. He then quickly inserts that since he was dishonorably discharged he is under no obligation to kill Trump himself. Talk about a chicken shit blowfish.

States was a Claims Examiner (GS-9) in 2017 at VBA Muskogee, OK when he illegally accessed my records and provided my details to Dietrich.

At that time, States worked in the "Phone Processing Center," which dealt mostly with Veterans' applying for claims for non-combat, non-service-connected and other family-associated VA benefits. He was not involved with processing or adjudicating Service-Connected disability claims.  This became painfully obvious when he appeared on Dietrich's show to "analyze" documents he knew nothing about, and claimed they were forgeries.

According to the article posted, the firings involve probationary and "nonessential" VA employees. States, after a VAOIG "investigation" in 2017, (mostly conducted by his own VBA Muskogee management) was removed from his position but has continued to be employed by the VA at VBA Muskogee, OK as a Claims Examiner since 2017, eventually attaining the grade of GS-11.

Although Dietrich may mention States occasionally, I believe he has had no contact with him in years.  There are also details regarding the 2017 VA investigation of States and Dietrich that I cannot publicly disclose.
