Yes, WAN, Dietrich has descended to even sicker places in the past year or so. His latest scam revolves around the claim that he is "employed" by the "sugar daddy husband" of his "transgender son" as a "Professor" to an underage group of "orphans" he calls his "blood-boys".
He claims he is driven daily to an undisclosed location he calls "The Estates," where he is allowed to consume the blood of young boys as payment for his teaching. Dietrich says this is his primary source of food (supplemented by Meals on Wheels), and that he creates an "incision to the shoulder" of each "boy" to consume their blood.
He continues to publish sexually suggestive Asian cosplay images, which he falsely claims are taken of himself as proof. He is using a newer group of followers he calls his "team" to appear on his livestreams and provide donations totalling hundreds of dollars per month.
Dietrich keeps using his old scheme of monthly "needs and emergencies" to promote personal donations, including toaster ovens, electric blankets, cab fares, and rent.
