One could only hope Neely is locked up and the other inmates don't like women beaters...  That lying sack of shit.  Stolen valor should be pursued so they can incarcerate him longer.

As for a "warrant," possibly an affidavit or possibly a statement/report to the court that Neely stole money, lied, confessed, etc.
