But I was thinking it would be very, very cool if you real musicians, and you know who you are, picked out your favorite, posted it, then explain to me why and what you like. I see I have some songs here I haven't replied to. But right now I am on my phone and would like to wait until I can listen through my Bluetooth.

To get back to @TigerLily ’s question about what we’re listening to, I’ve been listening to the blues again.  While poking around YouTube, I was surprised to find a live version I’d never heard of my friend Dru Lombar’s “Safe In Your Arms Again.”
Dru played guitar with Grinderswitch, the opening act for the Allman Brothers Band.  When that collapsed, he returned home to Jacksonville Beach and formed Dr. Hector and the Groove Injectors. They toured the US, Canada, Europe and Japan until Dru died of heart disease in 2005.
I think his gravely voice is perfect for this genre and I really like how clean and almost minimalist his playing is.

I subscribe to Rick Beato's YT page. I'm not a musician but I am a music appreciator. And this guy is amazing. Knows so much about music. And extremely animated on the subject. Especially rock and jazz.. He does interviews with almost everyone in the business.

His last one was Nuno Bettencourt. He does YT lessons loves talking about music and great inside baseball interviews.

By the way. He loves Grunge
