Well, I pulled out my diamond file set and my cheap ass "try to break things free that have rusted together" file set. Painters tape to protect the front board and binding. One stroke going away from the fretboard on each side of the fret the treble side of the neck. Massive difference. Not yet perfect though. There is still fret sprout, but not as sharp.

Speaking of nuts...

I'm doing another massive cleanup and found a shitload of bone and graphtec nuts.  Even a couple of bone saddles.

Most are precut. I wouldn't mind mailing a couple of you'd like to experiment. These are not US slotted nuts, they are end of fretboard types.

Well,  thanks.  I don't know what happened to him along the way, but we're all very disappointed in him. It's like he thinks he's just too cool for school, but I don't even think he could make it through kindergarten. Dude is a damn poopypants in my opinion.
