Bart, where does the cold wind blow? I asked David Coverdale but he didn't know. Said he asked all he knew but even THEY didn't know! Seems nobody knows where the cold wind blows! Bart!

Considering you are in the Great White North, I would think you know exactly where the cold wind blows.

Btw I met David's ex-wife's father once. He hit on me

David only asked his friends.
He should have asked someone who doesn't like him.
Like Robert Plant.
Robert Plant knows where the cold wind blows.

A friend of mine dated his ex-wife.
He was once glared at by OJ.
Seems OJ dated her before he did.
Both are glad to still be alive.

Robert Plant didn't need a knife. His words were cutting enough: "David Coverversion".  And true. That was a shocking and unnecessary impersonation. David has a great voice. I bet Jimmy made him sing like that. I couldn't even listen all the way through "Pride and Joy" the first time I heard it

Seems like Tawny got around. So did her dad

1. No. The question is where does the wind ultimately Wind Up as in completes its journey! ::)

2. Huh? That's a little removed innit?  "Luke, I am your fathers brothers nephews former roommate"

Ah the Coverdale Page album. I have it and there are some great chunes on that one! One or two complete stinkers too but over all a good album IMO. I love the vocals here. :-*  I am sorry you do not approve of DC's vocals

I should know better than to argue with the Music Master. But I will anyway. "Shake My Tree" starts out hopeful enough. But then he goes right into the Robert Plant mimicry. I don't like it

Much rather listen to Coverdale - Gilmore

Or even Coverdale - Kitaen - Other Pretty Longhaired Boys

Yeah. But I thought it was an entertaining somewhat related little tidbit. No? So, shoot me

@TigerLily Big +1 on the Purple burn.  We can agree to disagree on the many versions of Coverdale. He was in my top five vocal influences when I started out.  Whitesnakes Crying In The Rain is the tops!  The Note at the very end of the song - a High E  was what I strived for and eventually mastered. And it's NOT falsetto! Nor is my stuff.  It's a handy tool but full real notes are the only legitimate way if properly done.
