@anniem I'm sorry Annie but I have to disagree with you on that particular part of your offering of support to @Spookcat

I know, but she likes the job 1000. If that kind of job is easy to find, isn't that important?

Bart,

Why do all these people suddenly feel like they are Bart and are answering questions asked of you?

Warm Regards,
Bart

Ahhhhaaa.   This is getting as crazy as The 100 Year Ago Thread I was told to stay out of.

With Bart's permission....The Mrs says stuff a banana up her tail pipe and grab some blackhead cleaner on the way out.

@Rikki Gins would be proud of this Chimp!

Then she should've opened with:

"I really love this job, but here's what's been happening"

Wouldn't it be wise for her to give it a try knowing that she can always go find something else if she wishes?

Yes, but if I knew how much she loved the job my advice would have come from a completely different place. I can be very smart you know. I'm pretty much a full human by now.  Got me some wisdom n stuff.

That makes perfect sense. How much wisdom is needed to be a full human?

Yes, I am proud of you, Chimp.  You are always welcome at the 100 Years Ago thread.

"I think if you let things die down with Bart he will move on".  Who is "he" because it doesn't necessarily mean Bart.  From the upper right corner.

That is a good question to which I have no answer.

Well I'm not surprised, Honey!  I think only he and a few other people would know.  I never understand the upper right inside jokes.  I don't even know if everyone sees them.  They only show up when I first access the site (not logged on).

I just want to know if it means cool-it-with-Bart-and-Bart-gets-over-it OR cool-it-with-Bart-and-So&So-gets-over-it.

Could be.
I am waiting for it to be finalized and sent over to Bart Industries.
Please let me know when and where.  Like will it be under Rikki Gins, Announcements or Random?  And I need lead time - not a spring chick anymore!

Advice would be appreciated.

The past couple of months, I have had a really hard time working with one coworker especially because I caught her getting into my purse. Someone else said they caught her stealing some money from them. (Like $5, but still). Management won't do anything because there are no cameras to witness either incident and the girl is quite obviously special needs. (I'm not saying that to be mean. She actually has autism or schizophrenia or something.) I thought that when I told the manager I didn't feel comfortable working with her, and he agreed not to have us working at the same time, that was that.

However, recently, another coworker has come down with shingles, and with another visiting her elderly mother, I was roped in to working with the problematic girl. Management said that another worker would have to stay late to ensure Problem and I weren't alone together (I don't know what they think would happen, but whatever). The one roped into staying late today had a sour attitude all morning because she thinks I'm being selfish and stubborn. They actually sent ME home an hour a half early because I was making the girl uncomfortable; which we were both ignoring each other so I don't know what I did but there ya go...

Should I just ignore it all and brush it off, or cut my losses and part ways with the place?
I will PM you.

Hey!  My birthday is November 14.  Do you think they would reschedule for just one month???

I don't know.  I never see those upper right words because I've got the 'logged in forever' box checked.
