Isn't it true that Canadian Bacon is a brined pork loin coated in cornmeal or peameal?  Regardless of what Google tells us, a buddy of mine and I have a disagreement regarding 'true' Canadian Bacon.  I will be making some soon and I plan on doing it with the cornmeal.

Never heard of it until I moved the Ontario.

You can't go wrong with the blue glow of H&K!
I like the power soak, you can have the same monster sound when you spank it down to 5W.
Red Box DI is pretty decent too if you just want to feed the board the direct signal or run direct along with a mic on a cab for a fatter sound.

Finally broke down and bought one.  It is an awesome little thing.  Most of all my neighbors appreciate the 1W setting.
