There are around eight billion people on this planet: how many toilets? Besides private spaces, there are public or semi-public such as office buildings, airports, etc.  Is that enough to compensate for the large parts of the world that don’t have access to indoor plumbing? PS: Urinals don’t count.

If the large parts of the world that don’t have access to indoor plumbing would just learn to piss in someone's mouth then the toilet demand would decrease drastically.
