Me and like 90,000 other idiots watched Bundy lay waste to Little Beaver. Brutal yes but memorable - I can close my eyes and still hear the BOOM of Kong dropping the hurt on that little bugger. I've never watched little people wrestle since then. In fact, I've never watched wrestling live since then. The experience was so perfect, I didn't want to taint it with something that could never come close to it.  Now - decades down the road, I've got a chance to see these little folk go at it at some bar.
Should I do it?

They really get after it then, huh? Little arms flapping around, big heads bobbing. Hillbilly Jim has partaken but he said it was underwhelming. Maybe due to the stature differential?  He still has a Pygmy encounter on his to do list but has been stymied by lack of targets of opportunity. I wouldn't count him out though, so I'll pass and wait to hear the details when he fufillls that line item.

There are about one billion and one of these "reacts" videos on Youtube.  Usually it is some younger person that is wowed out that say the guy from The Animals really could sing. Fair enough. Broadening horizons and what not. However, why the hell would anyone dredge up The Chicken Song to react to?

I got to see four or five of them take on the legendary Haystack Calhoun.  Haystack won the bout but he had to work for it.  Before the match they let us kids get his autograph.  He signed my paper and I can remember how big he was and how hard he was breathing, and he hadn't even climbed into the ring yet.
