Have a question regarding Canada, Dominions and the Commonwealth.  Was just reading where Guyana might be attacked by Venezuela. Guyana is a member of the Commonwealth.  As such, if they get attacked by a non-Commonwealth member is Canada obligated to help them?  Or is it just a matter of "Sucks to be you" and Canada can mostly ignore it?  Another question is, as a Dominion, if the King calls, does Canada still have to legally fight for His Majesty if asked?

They were ghetto Olympics where it was easier to win medals because Guyana was not as good as Sweden at hockey.
That was a lie, I do not think there are winter Commonwealth games.

And for the king stuff- no idea there, either.
I do not think someone with ears like that can order anyone to do anything.

Under no obligation, and maybe that's a good thing. I doubt the current Canadian military could be of help to anybody now. Canada of 1010 could beat Canada 2023 in a battle for the land known as Canada. Current Canada would get its pussified ass handed to it.

As far as the King Calling thing goes, I'm pretty sure they can say no. July 1st does stand for more than one thing.

So if Guyana gets mauled, Belize doesn't have to lift a finger to help them. Things like travel visas are easier between the member states,  there is the games and it seems like there is a big boondoogle for the technocrats every two years.  Besides members there are Realms and Dominions. That is where it gets fuzzy for me. What does that mean exactly? It is not total bunk because in the 70's - the Crown's governer-general dismissefd the Prime Minister of Australia. Apparently te Queen wasn't behind it but her representitve did it on his own and caused quite a flap. "Dominions are equal in status, in no way subordinate one to another in any aspect of their domestic or external affairs, though united by a common allegiance to the Crown and the monarch is the leader equally, officially, and explicitly of separate, autonomous realms".  Guess that means that if the King asked for help Canada would do so but they don't have to automatically anymore.
