Actual serious question here.
Assuming that you are not just lying around staring at the TV, are you keeping busy in general and establishing healthy habits (activities, not diet) that will be a part of what is left of your time on the planet?
Being soft retired from 2017 was great because I kept myself busy with home and yard stuff, Air-BnB and music yada yada yada.
Would eventually start thinking subconsciously about how to blow it all up.
