I touched on this a few months ago but now that you've been there for this long can you say with any accuracy that your weight is has not ballooned? You're 6'1.5 and weigh 282 LBs. That's a bit much as you're body ratio is lacking lean body tissue. IE muscle.
Inch and a half taller and maybe 70 pounds less than that.
Down about 5 pounds since we first got here.
We have access to this trainer and his gym here and he has me doing this EMS / boxing hybrid training to fix all the small injuries I acquired over the years.
I still have God given ass.
