Can this be the end of the Patruck Maholms worship, at least for a few weeks?  Turns out he isn't going to win every Super Bowl until he decides to retire

^^^^ Along those lines.

There are tons of articles fawning over Mahomes the QB and rightly so. He is a great football player. This one however was over the top:
Patrick Mahomes’ Dad Is a Professional Baseball Legend—Meet His Parents . Mahomes the pitcher was hardly a legend. He was good enough to make the Majors - that in itself is a real accomplishment but Mahomes the pitcher was a horrid Major Leaguer. Real bad. In fact, the sabermetrics show that he might be the 2nd worst MLB pitcher that threw over 700 innings since World War Two.  Legendary only in that it was amazing he got the ball as much as he did, -2.4 WaR.  Ick.........

I was happy to see Champa Bay win this one.  It was quite a surprise to see KC shut down after halftime, speaking of which I had never heard of the guy who did the halftime show but he was quite dynamic and a very good singer to boot.

The Weekend, lol?  Either we've run out of good nicknames, or run out of entertainers with imaginations

I love your positivity. I didn't care who won though both were deserving in their own way and I was happy my Gronk got two touchdowns. Just wanted an exciting game fought to the bitter end. I thought the halftime was too flash and not enough substance. Thus, the face

I liked the halftime show mostly because it was different from the norm. Not the usual stage in mid-field with obvious planted fans surrounding it.

I like the visual stimulation of the backdrop and the end utiliting the whole field. Blinding Lights is a fun track. But I did think when I saw everyone wearing red jackets and zombie walk on the field we would get a Thriller cover.

As for the game, my Packers lost in the conference so was hard to get too into it when your team gets so close but ends up so far.

Nicely put, Zeta.  I especially enjoyed that somewhat claustrophobic hall of mirrors segment.
